Review: Figma Aegis
By Christopher Troy It’s been awhile since we’ve looked at a Figma on the FPNYC blog, as most of our coverage has focused on American-toys. Luckily for the 3 or 4 otaku who read this blog on a regular basis, we got a shipment in recently, so it looks like time for a import toy review! Going to back to my X-mas wish list, I picked up the Aegis Figma from Persona 3. This isn’t the 1st time this particular Figma’s been released (or had it in stock), but the 1st time around it sold out quickly and since Max Factory has just released a Metis figma, they’ve -re-released Aegis for those of us who’ve missed her the first time around.

Green Hornet Movie Review
Ever since Seth Rogen was first announced for this project, I figured it was going to go for some tongue-in-cheek. However, when Michel Gondry got involved and Rogen started slimming down for the role, I got to thinking it might be leaning more serious.

Marvel vs DC Round 2: Clash of the Rising Sun Statues
By Christopher Troy Hey there FPNYC faithful, cold enough out there for you? (The answer should be yes, because it’s cold enough for me dammit) It’s the new year and FPNYC recently got in a huge shipment of new collectibles in , ranging from Gunpla, Figma, Nedroids, Play Arts/Formation Arts and DC and Marvel-based figures, amongst others. There’s too much to cover on a single blog entry, so brave the elements and swing by the store and see what we have in stock.

Short Packed: Bite sized reviews.
By Christopher Troy DC Direct seems to like making a liar out of me. A while back, I previewed 3 different lines of figures (Blackest Night series 7 & 8, Mass Effect 2 series 1) that were supposed to be on shelves by now
