Our Favorite Things: Absolute All-Star Superman
It goes without saying that Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely ’s All-Star Superman is one of the greatest--if not the greatest-- Superman stories ever written (and drawn). The 12-issue maxiseries gives a wildly contemporary spin to some of the zanier Silver Age concepts of the Superman mythos while simultaneously retaining the core aspects of what makes Superman, well...super.
